This event is open to the general public; you do not need to be a member of either organization to participate. NICHES and FSC members are encouraged to invite their non-member family and friends. </p> <p>Canoe rental will be free for the first 20 canoes/kayaks thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Montgomery County Community Foundation.
